We are a full service property management company who handles all aspects of management.

We handle management from vacancy to occupancy, contracting of repairs, beginning legal action if necessary, complete tenant screening... and more. Our available properties are listed on the MLS and multiple public websites for the most effective advertising. Properties are secured by Lockbox and licensed Realtors must accompany their tenants for security reasons. Vacant homes are inspected on a regular basis to help prevent any unknown damage or vandalism. All our applicants are subject to a complete background check and the owner must approve their application prior to move in. We handle all tenant relations and owner communication for the duration of the tenancy. Professional Property Management utilizes professional, licensed vendors to perform any necessary services at the property during vacancy or occupancy. We also work with home warranty companies to ensure cost effective and fast service.

Lois Rafeedie, in addition to a Real Estate Broker's License, also has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Organizational Management.
